Changes and Returns:
At Biomille, we constantly work to offer you excellent customer service throughout the entire purchasing process.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your inquiry will be answered as soon as possible.
For all cases listed below you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the product by sending an email to biomille@biomille.com .
- If the product you received is not the one you selected and there are no defects (the merchandise has all its seals, has not been used, its box is in perfect condition, and you have the purchase receipt or invoice), the exchange will be processed immediately. The shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the company.
- If the product you received is the one you selected during the purchase process, but you don't like it, or if you wanted to purchase a different product, if there are no defects (the merchandise has all its seals, hasn't been used, its box is in perfect condition, and you have the purchase receipt or invoice), you can request an exchange. In this case, the shipping cost for the exchange will be the consumer's responsibility.
Opened products in both cases will not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- If you have received a damaged or defective product, you must file a claim immediately by completing the "Consumer Complaint" form. You will be notified of the next steps as soon as we receive your completed form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If it's been more than 7 days since your purchase, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of allergic reactions, make sure you've read the INCI (Institute of Citric Acid) label, which specifies the ingredients, to ensure the product is suitable for your skin and to identify any ingredients you may be intolerant to. If this occurs, we recommend discontinuing use and consulting a dermatologist.
Refunds :
If your return is approved and you require a refund instead of an exchange, please note that products purchased with special offers or discounts will be returned at the same promotional price.
Once the refund is approved, it will be credited via bank transfer within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
