Shipping Policies

Biomille SA ("we") is the operator of ( https://biomille.com.ar ) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms below. They are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement, to protect each other, and to set expectations for our service.

General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate counts of existing products on the website, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all products at the time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the backordered product to be restocked or if you prefer a refund.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the products. Shipping costs will be charged at the time of purchase, and the price will be the final shipping cost for the customer.

Shipping times
We ship through Ship Now's logistics service. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard home delivery CABA: 2 business days
  • Standard home delivery within the country: 2 to 4 business days
  • Shipping to SUC OCA: 2 to 4 business days for shipments within CABA; 2 to 6 business days for shipments within the country.

Dispatch time
After successful payment, orders are processed and delivered to the post office within 2-4 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding weekends, holidays, and after-hours. In these instances, we try to ensure minimal delays.

Change of shipping address
We can change the address if you contact us before we ship the order. Please contact biomille@biomille.com.ar as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you must contact the shipping company.

Delivery times exceeded
If your product has not arrived yet and it has exceeded 14 business days, please contact us so we can begin an investigation and take the necessary measures.

Notifications and order tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with all the information regarding your order's location and wait time. In that email, you will find the tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping company.

Shipping damage
If you receive your order damaged, you can contact us immediately to see if you qualify for a refund.
